Terms of service
The conditions that govern access to EasyDoco and use of our services.
1. Acceptance
By creating an EasyDoco account, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. Service description
EasyDoco provides document management, AI-powered classification, collaborative features, and integrations. The service evolves continuously, and we may add, update, or remove features with prior notice when required.
3. Account responsibilities
When registering you agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- Keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any breach.
- Ensure that all activity under your account complies with these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service for unlawful or harmful activities.
- Upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt the platform.
- Infringe intellectual property rights or violate data protection regulations.
5. Intellectual property
All EasyDoco software, design, and content are protected intellectual property. Documents uploaded by you remain your property. You grant us a limited licence to process them for the purposes of delivering the service.
6. Billing and cancellations
Subscriptions are billed in advance according to the selected plan. Pricing changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid term.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or business interruption resulting from use of the platform.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, the security of the service is at risk, or we are required to do so by law.
9. Changes to the terms
We review these terms annually and when launching major features. Significant changes will be communicated by email and within the product.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.
